I have PCOS and endometriosis, and I’m often super low on energy or feeling lightheaded. Banana Bag seriously helps, I feel more hydrated and get a noticeable energy boost every time I use it. The trick is to drink the whole thing within 15 minutes. The taste isn’t great, but it’s totally worth it for how much better I feel afterward. I usually use 1–2 a week since it’s not meant for daily use, and that’s been just right for me. Definitely recommend if you need a little extra help getting through low-energy days.

There’s not really any taste besides a fairly potent saltiness, but I will say it works absolutely phenomenal! If you chug it and just get past the taste it’s great. I’m impressed. I’m a farmer and when it’s hot out I’m usually running around, and sweating and I end up dehydrated a lot because I can’t carry water around with me all day it’s impractical in most cases. But if I use one of these the next day after I really over do it, I feel better in probably 30-60 mins after I finish it. My wife was hungover one night after a friend’s wedding and I gave her one to use and I told her they don’t taste too good, but they work great, just chug it don’t sip on it and you’ll feel fine in like an hour. And sure enough that worked for her too! PS: I’m sure if you put it in nice and cold water it would taste better too, I just usually don’t have time for that and just drink it at room temp whatever comes out of my faucet.

Helps you feel better after being dehydrated and sick but the taste is awful. I’ll stick with pedialyte in the future for recovery

I was expecting this to work wonders. I totally had the worst night of 💩 allllllllll night. I felt so tired and weak from not sleeping/💩. I always wanted to try these and never did.. I’m so glad that I ordered these!!!!!!! Let me tell you when I say it was way above and beyond what I expected!!!!! I agree with a comment I seen when I read them before I ordered. It’s like lemon lime Gatorade without any of the sugar. The taste was tolerable for me. “Just chugg it” and watch yourself feel soooooooo much better!!!! I would give more stars if I could!!! People complain about the taste .. but I mean when ur sick and throwing up and pooping who cares about taste anyways !! 🤷🏻‍♀️ u won’t regret buying this!! I promise u if you can get over the bland taste while chugging and lemon lime flavor after… love this product and ima keep ordering them for sure!!

I really wanted to give this a try as I have looked at the composition and it is great! I have seen a handful of reviews mentioning the taste but I told myself, it seems to be a great product, I can tolerate some not so nice taste for the sake of getting those nutrients to my body, besides, it cannot be that bad right? WRONG! It is THAT bad, it is the worst tasting thing I’ve ever had. I took one sip and wanted to vomit. I had the unsweetened lemon flavor, there is nothing lemony about it, smells terrible and tastes even worse. It is salty and oily with some indescribable foul aftertaste. It is a great concept but how can the people who developed this product say, yup tastes drinkable to me? At this point, I’d rather just have a lot of vitamin B pills that drink that thing again. Sorry but I really wanted to like it. Please do yourself a favor and listen to those who say that this thing is terrible, because it is.

So as many other reviews on here note...this stuff smells pretty bad and tastes about the same. Picture if you will, something close to the smell of a NY subway at 98% humidity in August with the added bonus of licking your shoe at the same time for an incredible explosion of taste. Yeah, it was really nasty... I gave Banana bag a try as dehydration is a regular battle for myself but sadly this product did not help in any way for me. After diluting as noted on the package and trying it, and then diluting it more in hopes of lessening the lack of taste, I actually felt worse after drinking this. It made me queasy and nauseous where I ended up tossing the rest of the drink I had mixed. Not sure if its the high amount of B-vitamins they use or if there is something else in their mix that disagrees with my system...but truly wish I could just get a refund on this product as I will not be using the other 4 packs. Highly disappointed and wont ever be trying again...

My husband and I started our electrolyte/hydration journey with Liquid IV 3 years ago. The sugar in it would give my husband mild stomach cramps so we went for something cleaner. I came across LMNT shortly after and have been an avid fan and that has been my go to.....until my husband found this!! LMNT did get the job done and frankly tastes better than the banana bag BUT with all the vitamins, etc., not only does the banana bag hydrate but but after our first dose this morning we both messaged each other after with increased energy level and honestly a better mood, like a mental lift almost. I used a frother to mix in about 4 oz of water and then added an additional 12 oz. It does dissolve easily no grainy residue leftover. I would have taken it like a shot for a more concentrated taste but it said to sip slowly over 15 minutes so I did just that. The flavor isn't awful but it isn't something I'd necessarily crave. It isn't cheap but the value for the money is there. I don't mind paying what I need to for something that is clean and does what I need it to . In most things you do get what you pay for and this is definitely worth it.
