Great product
This is a great product. I have been taking it for several years and see a difference in how I feel when I run out.

Take one tablet a few minutes before each meal and follow the instructions on the bottle.
This is an excellent product for maintaining a good diabetic reading. Couldn't afford my prescription meds and started taking Glycotrol. Had a doctor's appointment just last month and to my surprise my reading was great.

Very effective
Used this to keep Blood sugar down. Went from 130 to 106 over 2 months time. As an added bonus, chol went down too
