Does polyphenol help with dark spots on the face? I suffer from hyperpigmentation

I do not think that is effective on brown spots And hyperpigmentation! Squaline, found in product, Ordinary, used daily , very effective & Helps with hyperpigmentation.. Stay out of the sun… These symptoms are from aging & the sun Contributes to both.. I have some knowledge in most sciences, and study journals on a daily basis!

Quickly helped too loosen tight muscles

I read online that this supplement helped to restore muscle functions. I am 83 and my muscles just are not the same as when I was in my 40s and 50s. Constant tightness regardless of stretching. Within two days of taking this supplement, along with some very strange feelings throughout my body, my muscles just loosened up. Such a difference. Maybe it's my imagination that things have improved, but it has seemed to be a nice benefit.

Quality of product is different each order.

This is my second purchase of this product. I started off really liking it however, when the second lot came, it was completely different from the first. The second lot smelt like it been saturated in perfume. It was a completely different color and the taste is so strong and floral that is really hard to take, and it keeps coming back on me. For this reason, I’m no longer taking the product and I wouldn’t buy it again. I like the ingredients I like the value for money, but I just couldn’t get past the quality of the second product.

More Energy/Dosing

I wasn't sure what to expect, but with 1 capsule I noticed I had a lot more energy. Great product, it has an amazing blend I am very happy with it. I highly recommend this one as it is rich in anti-oxidants and Quercetin which is an anti-senolyitic.Lower your dose if you have any issues. Dosing:My sister took 2 capsules at once and did have digestive issues. I think you're supposed to space out your doses though? My Dad takes 2 capsules a day and has no issues. I only take 1 capsule instead of 4 as some of the ingredients are estrogenic (quercetin, grape-extract resveratol, blueberry extract).Some estrogen is good for maintaining your bone strength. I am very sensitive to estrogenic products, too much affects my mood.

Good Ingredients

I like the ingredients in this formula. Very comprehensive in key polyphenol types. The only thing I wish they did was break down how many milligrams of each ingredient is within the 2,370mg. So I default to the ingredients as listed from first to last (first being most and last being least).
