The product arrived in a small package. The instruction's text is small, but the product is easy to put together. When putting it together, the instruction's text is small but understandable. You might need to tune each join to get the right resistance, and it is easy to do. The laptop holder is a bit wobbly when moving around, but it's stable when stationed in a location. Overall, The product is not perfect, but with the price point, it is good enough for home office use and meets my expectations.

I love this mount for my 17” laptop and 27 inch monitor. Clears up a lot of space on my desk. Also, your able to move the mount up and down so the monitor and laptop can be higher. I ended up not even having to do that. In the picture this is the mount at it’s lowest point. Very sturdy!

So much for high quality, after a couple months of use the laptop holding part let go of my laptop during the night. Woke up to the sound of my laptop hitting my desk then on the floor... great way to wake up.

I received and installed the product today. So far it looks great a the overall quality is good. However, I am extremely annoyed by the fact that the laptop tray is wobbly, and it seems to be something wrong with the piece that you put together to fit the laptop plate to the groove. Therefore, the laptop is always tilted to le left, even if I try to put it on the right side of the plate. This same issue happens with the part that fits together with the monitor arm and the VESA connector of the monitor. Every time I type on my Bluetooth keyboard the screen wobbles. Besides that, I really like the product so far, with the proper adjustments to the tension it is great to work using this station.

This stand gets the job done, but I wish I had paid a bit more for something better. This stand is just OK for the price. The laptop arm is solid and has just the right amount of "give." The monitor stand, however, is weak - my monitor will flip downwards with a slight nudge and I have the arm tightened as much as physically possible.Both arms are very limited in their range of movement as well. They don't come out as far as I'd like, and you can't really adjust anything vertically without a hex wrench to loosen the arms.

I recommend using two people to install- i bought two- the first i tried to install alone and had a hard time getting it up and secure, but for the second i had an extra set of hands and the installation was much easier. Had to make some adjustments to the joints to get them to stay put but after tweaking this stand was perfect for our small office space. The adjustable arms are great for my 27” LG monitor and my 15” MacBook Pro.

(UPDATE, the seller contacted me and sent me a redesigned VESA plate which is perfect. They even send me a fixed arm that replaced the gas spring arm which Im not gonna use, just because the new VESA plate makes the gas spring work nice. With the updated parts, the mount is worth the money. They apologized for not showing the right color in the image, that why I still give them 3 stars.)Its made out of good sturdy materials. The base its well planted on the desk, and the arms are really well built. Having said that... all those top notch materials and sturdiness are gone when you place your monitor and pc in place. The plastic vesa plates and the tension adjustment joints have a lot of play. My laptop and monitor wobble a lot with a little bump to my desk. Whenever you want to move the monitor it takes quite and effort even at the lowest tension setting (which is good) but the flimsy quick release vesa plates feel like if they are going to break. You cannot adjust the tension of the 360 swivel monitor (which is the same quick release vesa plate) so the monitor moves right and left almost freely. Really nice design overall, but the plastic quick release plates ruin it all. Why make it sturdy if those feel flimsy.Also, my monitor is a 24 inch dell, its not light but neither heavy. The gas spring feels to much for it. I would definitely buy the simpler arm, its cheaper and you get more range of motion.I bought the silver one because in the pictures it looked like if it was all silver. Beware, its silver and white. The white stands out in person. My office is black and silver, but not white. I would have bought the black version if in the pictures the white plastic parts could be seen clearly.At the end, its not a cheap stand, but I would definitely buy an expensive one to be satisfied.

This Vesa mount is great, the build quality is amazing, but the best part of this purchase has been the technical support. They have been addressing my issues in such a fast manner, I love their customer service (Cathy) had been such a great representative.The Laptop arms works great, the only downfall is that you can set it up to a high or a low setting, there is no arm movement like the screen (gas) arm has.The screen arm is great and sturdy, thought the plastic that cover the cables, are easily damaged (I sadly damaged the side plastic that holds the cables in the screen arm by pushing it a bit hard).Overall I would definitely buy from this manufacture again, product is good and the customer service is AMAZING!.
