best cheese knife I have ever used
It is sharp, sturdy, and very reliable in the hand. It works very well for cheese, but it is also quite versatile and useful for fruit and vegetables. The quality feels very good, and the overall performance is excellent.

Great for the price!
For the price it’s great. It flexes a bit but isn’t flimsy like some of the reviews say. It cuts even thin slices of cheddar well. Very satisfied for the price.

Nice knife and great value!
I was initially skeptical about this knife. Yes, I read some reviews which seemed nice then, because my wife bought blocks of hard cheese, I had to get this to try. I am pleasantly surprised. The steel is good and it stays sharp for quite a while. It works very well with both hard and medium cheeses. We have used it on Gouda, Cheddar, Baby Swiss, Halloumi, Parmesan, and several others. The cheese can be sliced relatively thinly (1.5 mm slices) without issues. I feel it is ergonomically designed and is comfortable to use for a while - used it for about 10 minutes without issues. The pronged tip is really useful for picking up cheese slices.

Maybe the Best of the Low-Cost Cheese Knives
Good quality knife. Nice handles, big enough for my large hands and very comparable in quality to a small Henkels knife I own. The blade is coarsely serrated. I didn't think it would be the best for cheese, yet it seems to do very well with Gouda, Cheddar, and Swiss. It also works OK on summer sausage, although the non-serrated Henkels seems a little better. I put it through the dishwasher once to sanitize it. I didn't notice any harm. It may be dishwasher-safe, but I will hand-wash, just to keep it nice.

Who knew????
I was not aware that life required a cheese knife, but now I understand. This cuts through a block of cheese like buttah.... Not bad on a tomato, either. (Where I live, they're still coming out of the garden in January.) Buying more for family who recently moved to Wisconsin where I assume they'll be slicing a lot of cheese.

Works well
Works well. The holes in the blade keep the cheese slices from sticking and breaking. Super sharp and quality made.

Great knife
My daughter has a cheese knife from a set she got as a wedding gift. She let me use her knife one day and I was hooked. I wanted one for myself but the price of a good quality cheese knife was out of my reach or so I thought. I read the reviews on this cheese knife and they were great. I decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. This is a great knife. Makes cutting cheese and even tomatoes a breeze. It’s lightweight but durable and very easy to clean. I have small hands but the size is perfect. Highly recommend!

Why did I wait so long?
This cheese knife design was foreign to me, but I took a chance as I was buying brick cheese and struggling to slice it with any knife I owned. It does slice an 8 oz Tillamook. Extra Sharp block beautifully, but not the 2 lb Tillamook Extra Sharp block — it just crumbles. I overlook this shortfall because it is so wonderful otherwise! It’s superb at sawing through tough avocado skins on store-bought avocados to get a wedge I can carve into thin perfect slices! It works for banana, cooked sweet potatoes, any soft food I’m preparing. It might even be a perfect cake knife. The packaging is awesome — protective and beautiful. I made room in my knife drawer for the box. The fit of the knife is so tight I placed a thin twist-tie under the handle to use to loosen it and lift it out. The cost was reasonable. I cannot imagine why I would spend nearly 10X more for a name-brand knife of the same functionality. Oh yeah, it’s got a life-time warranty! Well life-time anything means less and less to me the older I get. I recommend this knife!

Nice and sharp ,easy to grip Delivery was quick and efficient

Sharp, thin, and cuts easily. Even softer cheeses don't really stick to the blade too badly. My only complaint is that the cutting edge is not sharpened symmetrically, so the knife always wants to turn hard to one side. But no big deal; just have to steer it the other way.
