This product is great .. quality wise .One needs an adapter to plug in .
Big problem with this product is that it cannot be plugged into any Indian socket. You need an adapter or converter to use this product . Adapter is not included with this product. Otherwise its a good product quality wise.. does not damage your hair.. no stickiness after straightening

Didn't get the heat resistant pouch which shown in the image.
The straightner looks bit old, however it's working. Didn't get the heat resistant pouch which. They supposed to give the pouch since it's a costly product when compared to others.
