HumanoLabs Garcinia Cambogia

I am very pleased with humanolabs garcinia cambogia. I have tried others and decided to switch after little difference from taking them and not taking them. I am an avid exerciser and take this in the morning before my workout. 30-60 minutes later-workout is finished and I am able to have a protein shake, a yogurt, or a couple of eggs and be satisfied until lunchtime. I have to remind myself to take the garcinia cambogia again 60 min before lunch. That is a little more difficult because I am not thinking of food. I have learned to set a timer. I must say that my appetite has definitely decreased. I don't crave carbs as much as I used to either. I don't know if it is supposed to have that affect but I'll take it. So far I'm impressed. I have only lost a few pounds over the 21 days but I would rather it come off slowly and have long lasting rests.

I tried these Garcina Cambogia + Core capsules for a month and while I wasn't expecting a miracle, I also wasn't expecting to GAIN 5 pounds! I took 2 of these an hour before meals as directed and they did not curb my appetite at all. I measure weight loss by both the scale and a tape. In addition to the 5 pound gain, my waist measurement increased by 2". I was not eating any more calories on a daily basis than before trying these pills, and in fact, I had even reduced my caloric intake slightly. Oh well...it was worth a try.

Didn't lose 1 lb. using it. I gave a 2 star because the product had not helped me at all. Everyone is different so it may work for you. The company itself I give a 5 STAR rating. When they got word that the Garcinia Cambogia don't work for me they took it upon themselves to rectify the situation. I was very surprised and pleased that the company initiated a solution on it's own and then contacted me. Kudos to HUMANOSLAB. This company has earned my respect in a world of corporate greed they still take care of their customers.

I have been taking it for several weeks now and I am not too thrilled. I am not losing any weight and not seeing much of a difference. In fact last I checked I went up instead of down I am thinking it is all just the big hype of Garcinia Cambogia but in fact doesn't do much. I was just looking for something to help.

I cant believe I got sucked into believing the hype I was reading about Garcinia Cambogia - what a waste of money. I've been using this product for about 4 weeks now, and except for feeling slightly full, I havent received any weight loss benefit whatsoever. Save your money and go excercise.

Been using as directed for 30 days and lost no weight not a single pound. I seriously wish people would post real reviews and there wasn't so many fake "oh I loved it I lost so much weight and I didnt change a thing" reviews

OK product. Didn't get much results but stuck with taking them and diet for awhile.

I have been taking for about 6 weeks and just ordered my second bottle. I've lost about 5 pounds while using this product without adding exercise. It definitely curbs your appetite and you just need to pay attention to hunger ques vs eating for fun. It's hard for me to lose weight so that is why I give it 5 stars - it works! You just need to have realistic expectations - you won't lose 20 pounds in a week like some of the fake reviews on other products claim.
