Cuts very smoothly
Cuts great. Very accurate circles. Takes a few tries to get the hang of but then you fly. Saved me a lot of time.

Works great!
It’s works great as long as you can figure out how to use it. There are no directions written in English!

LION Ev-R-Round Perfect Circle Cutter - This is great for my purposes!
I purchased this LION Ev-R-Round Perfect Circle Cutter with some money my parents gave me for my birthday. I love to make handmade greeting cards and matted and framed paintings and photos. All just as a hobby, and to give away to my friends and family. I would only be using this to cut a very small number of circles at any one time, so I really have to cut several just to get the feel of it. Even so, I really am a stickler to details, so I want a very precise, neat circle. Like anything else, the more you practice, the better you get. And it is true, if you watch one of the Youtube videos it can be a big help to actually see it in action. My heart does go out to the reviewers who are cutting out hundreds of circles at a time for their business use. I think the fun would run out before I got to the end of that task! But, for my use, to go from having to carefully cut circles by hand, now up to having this device to cut the perfect circles for me makes a great improvement! I even bought the extension bar ($8) which allows you to make even larger circles. I am really happy with this cutter, and the price is very good (about $14). Before I chose which cutter I wanted, I read a ton of reviews on many of the other circle cutters. Based on how this device compared to those, along with the reasonable price for this, it was an easy choice for me to make. Happy birthday to me! FOUR STARS! I hope this review has been helpful!

EXCELLENT tool.
This is a very well built tool! Superb Japanese engineering and manufacturing. If I could give it 12 stars I would. Rarely does a product perform as well as this one does. I've come to expect most products these days to be subpar, barely functional, rubbish from automobiles down to vacuum cleaners but this product pleasantly surprised me. We've used it to cut circular inserts from photo paper for use in buttons. We print multiple images on 8.5"x11" lightweight, 30 pound, photo paper then tape the paper down at the corners to a self healing cutting mat (available on Amazon for less than 10 bucks) and cut out our inserts. Perfect every time! See the attached photos for the final results.

Not as easy as it looks
Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but the page keeps tearing halfway through the circle and blade tips break so easily. I was cutting button circles for controller art and it's not working. I ended up taking an exacto knife and using it instead of the built in blades for slightly better blades

Great!
This circle cutter works very well for card stock and watercolor paper; it's just what I wanted. It doesn't leave an annoying pin hole in the center of the paper, which is why I chose this model, but still securely holds the paper while cutting. There was a bit of a learning curve since the instructions were very abridged but after viewing a YouTube video on usage and a bit of practice, I'm now cutting circles like a pro.

Sent it back
It's hard to use and doesn't cut well at all. The space for the blade is not really secure.
