Fake product is sent. I have already purchased Dr. Trust original steamer, so I know the difference. The Dr. Trust Logo is mentioned in Green in original whereas this is mentioned in Green. The finishing of the plastic also looks cheap. Moreover, the QR code pasted on the product is not scanning, it is fake. The url pops up when you scan the QR, here it is typed on the QR.

The product is solidly built and works well as humidifier and steamer both.Doesn't has any auto off,so you need to off it manually once the water is finished.Writing this review after using it for more than an year,since it gave sparks after an year of use and has stopped working completely.Hence,it works only for an year or so.For the cost i believe the durability is not satisfactory.

Pros(1)Very easy to use, turn it on and it will give steam in one minute.(2) Before buying i was wondering whether it would give good amount of steam as compared to typical cheaper steamers but the steam generated is more than enough.(3)Very easy to refill water and once filled, it would last for 3-4 days easily. Water does not get dirty with one use as it extracts water from beaker and converts to steam. Conventional steamers need to be refilled everyday and opening and cleaning it every day was a task(4)As it is an enclosed box, no chance of you getting burnt with hot water as compared to other cheaper steamers.(5)strong and lengthy wire and it does not get hot with use, one of my conventional steamers wire used to get very hot quickly due to poor qualityCon(1) Very expensive but I assume if it lasts for 3 years it's worth the money.
