I couldn’t square with the cost of shipping the set 3 times because of a defective, 8 oz. dish, so I reached out to Mikasa customer service, sent pictures and a copy of the receipt, and they got back to me, promptly, advising that a replacement dish was on its way. VERY IMPRESSED! , and Amazon should be, as well, since they were spared the extra shipping and dealing with a returned, heavy item. By the way, we love the understated elegance of Del Ray design. Perfect for every day and easy to dress up for more formal dinners!!
