They work and are well built
I have tried several adapter pigtails for supplying power from Sennheiser EW bodypacks to Shure WL lav mics without success. These actually work!

GARBAGE. Do not buy
0 stars. Does not work. Does not pass audio. from the mic. Tested the mic with Shure body pack and it works fine. Will not work on Senny bodypack. Junk. Well, 30$ junk.

These are ABSOLUTE JUNK. Bought SIX (6) of them and NONE of them work. Good build quality, but they just don't pass audio. Nothing, zero. DO NOT BUY!
