Great product and customer service
I have been using HL products for over 15 years and been always satisfied with its quality and consistency. I had a small issue with my recent order, I received a wrong item. When I contacted the seller regarding the issue they immediately took the action and resolved the problem. Not only I got to keep the wrong item but they also upgraded my order for a bigger size and sent me some samples. Who doesn’t love samples?! I’m beyond satisfied with its customer service and products. Definitely will recommend it to my friends!

Disappointing
This is not $1 dollar store product, why does it look like it? The bottle looks so beat up, the seal is broken, it looks like some of the product has been used. How am I supposed to use it? I have asked to replace it, but I have very little faith that I will receive the new bottle. Supper crazy! Now I have to waist my time and money to take this thing to the UPS. UPDATE!!!! Second time came the same freakin thing! And now I have wait for two weeks to get my money. Horrible horrible!!!!!
