Its appearance is good, but actually its just brittle plastic. Dropped once cracked, leaked, thrown away.

This product is stylish for a lady. If I could do it again I probably wouldn’t have paid this price and instead gotten one that is insulated. I think the price is a little high for a “big plastic water bottle”

I loved this product; it held a good amount of water, it was easy to carry. It was everything I needed and I was super happy about it. I put it in the dish washer, everything was great. I had forgotten the bottle in my car one day when I went to work and when I was driving home I picked it up to take a drink, it was wet. Confused, I took it into the house and noticed it had cracked. I have no idea how or why it happened. I never dropped the bottle, it didn't freeze in the car, it wasn't hot in the car, so really no answers: just disappointment. If this bottle lasted me I would still be loving it but unfortunately I didn't. It does however seem like it's of good quality, just had this random occurrence.

I literally never leave negative reviews on things. I always try and give the benefit of the doubt, but this water bottle is AWFUL. I bought it in June for the school year in the fall. I just went back to school so I just started using it. It leaks EVERYWHERE. The first day I thought I screwed the cap in crooked. Second day I thought maybe I still wasn’t putting it on right or right enough. Today I tried having my guans screw it on... it still leaked all over my bag. This is definitely not worth the money.. very cheaply made.

This jug is an essential water bottle to have in your collection. It's perfect for every day use running errands, at the office and a definite necessity for the gym. The Hydrajug holds a sold half gallon of water which is perfect for your daily hydration needs.Look and Feel: The bottle has a dope matte finish with a soft, silky touch. It looks very sleek. I love how the lid screws on so there is no worry of it flipping open and spilling. The drinking hole is large enough for ice cubes and to get a good gulp in which makes it easy to finish the entire jug. I love how the handle is actually a part of the jug and will not break off if dropped. Drinking with one hand is very easy even when full and it doesn't feel heavy. It's a really sturdy jug with the strap being a nice touch to help when carrying.Overall, this is by far my favorite jug to date. Its super sleek and makes it VERY easy to get all of my water intake for the day. The only reason I didn't give this jug five stars is because unlike previous versions, the strap isn't connected to the lid which makes it easier to keep up with the cap. Also, this cap is plastic and not stainless steel like on my army green jug.The company is a great company with super stellar customer service. They are very responsive and very personable. Despite, some of my dislikes for this particular model, you can't go wrong having this in your lineup of water bottles. A definite must have.

I can tell that they put their customers on top, our reviews are read and changes were made accordingly. The bottles are more durable now, with the cap able to fully be removed. These are perfect for the day, especially for someone that wants to stay hydrated! they look good and cool when carrying around, and does its job well!

I loved the look and size of this water bottle. I really like the matte black with gold lid. I wished it had a strap to keep the lid connected to the bottle. It's not durable however. It slipped out of my hand and dropped onto the pavement, not even 2 feet (I was holding it by the strap) and the top completely cracked. Might as well have been glass...
