It's Type F Transmission Fluid, it is what it is.
I use this as Power steering fluid in my 1992 Ford F150 as it is what Ford recommends, works perfectly.

Few Type F Options and Motorcraft Is A Solid Bet
It does the job. I wanted something to use in an old Volvo M46 transmission which is a 4 speed manual with push button overdrive. So the manufacturer requires a Type-F automatic transmission fluid. Rolls out fine and the transmission shifts great. Not a lot of options for Type-F. I selected this because the Motorcraft brand is a solid one. I bought a couple more quarts as spares.
