Good quality, tough, even with dogs.
Great quality screen for the price. Have replaced multiple windows with this, and also a sliding deck door. I have 2 dogs and they jump up on the screen, and so far it has withstood it. I mean, it will eventually have an issue, but I am surprised it has lasted this long, so that speaks good for this. If I have to replace the sliding door one again, I will probably go with aluminum

Great Sreen for a DIY Project.
I replaced several screens in my house using this product.... Easy to install once I got the hang of it.

Good product
Purchased to rescreen a full view storm door and vintage wooden screen door. Easy to work with. Lays and cuts easily. Didn’t tear when rolling spline into place with moderate pressure, even when the tool slipped off the spline. Good price with quick delivery.

This was a great buy at $10
I bought several of the 36" x 25' rolls for less than $10 a roll over the last couple of years. It was easy to work with, good quality, no defects. I don't use it for window screens. I sew it into bags to use for oyster spat. Now when I come back to repurchase, it is $30 a roll. I found another brand with very good reviews for a 36" x 100' roll for $40. That's what I'm buying this time. Although I am typically brand loyal when I find a good product, I am not going to pay 3 times the price if there is a viable alternative.

Made a screen for my balcony
Purchased this to make a drop-down screen for my balcony. Cut it in half, sewed the 2 pieces together and ran a seam, making a pocket for a 1 x 2 to slide thru. Hooked it onto the top ledge and, sure enough, works like a dream - bug free porch sittin! As a Prime member, I buy a LOT of stuff from amazon. Living out in a rural area far from a city, amazon is my go-to source for many of my purchases. I must rely heavily on your product reviews to help me decide which item is best for me -- especially when I can't actually see, touch or hold the product. I take my personal product reviews seriously, and if something proves to be a piece of junk, I'll tell you - and if it's great or mediocre, I'll tell you that, too. My policy is to try to write the kind of reviews I want to read and to update my reviews if for some reason the product fails to perform as advertised during the period it's warrantied for. I do ask that if you found this review helpful in making your decision, that you please click on the "yes" button below.

One of the easiest and most cost effective upgrades available.
After replacing the screen in several windows and 2 sliding doors with this, I wondered why it took me so long. Then I remembered the old aluminum screening and finger punctures. This is much easier to work with and seems pretty tough. Almost a year with no issues and still looks like new. Removing the sliders off their track was the most difficult part for me, but here's what I did. Wheels can be located on top, bottom, or both. Mine were on the bottom. Tension is adjusted by a screw located by wheels. Unscrew almost all the way, then run a flat screwdriver under wheels to help lift up and off the track. Pull slider down and out. Reverse when finished.

Very Economical, Easy Install
I have 4 very active boys and during this time away from school they tend to play outside a lot more. I have on more than 1 occasion seen my screen doors/window screens with more ventilation than I would like. The cost of a full replacement would soon leave me destitute, so I decided to give this DIY option a try - of course, I had to get accessories to do the job: sline tool, spline, and box cutter/razor blade. I never did this before and the job to replace my window screen took about 20 minutes and no one was able to tell Mr. Thumbs did it. Observations: The mesh is much more flexible than the one originally in screen (both a pro and con). It seems to be more likely to give when it comes in contact with a ball, but during installation, the spline tool cut through the fabric a bit too easily. Once in though, it's taut and has the same level of visibility as the original material. I'll be able to fix multiple "accidents" with the 25' roll I purchased, for a fraction of what a new replacement would be. I highly recommend it.
