I was about to chop off my daughter’s hair because she couldn’t take care of it right. She seriously would have a nest on her head. Her knots would be the size of my fist because she doesn’t know how to brush her hair right. But I couldn’t get myself to cut off her long beautiful thick hair that I know people would pay hundreds for. This brush saved her life! In case anyone is wondering...she’s 11 and I’m not trying to baby her and brush her hair for her for the rest of her life.This brush is easy to use and the vibration helps it go through like butter. If your hair gets tangled up easily like mine and my daughter then I highly recommend this brush. Pictures of me after this brush has been submitted along with this review

The media could not be loaded.  I really like this brush. It works wet or dry - but actually straightens if your hair is wet. It is easy to detangle with it and quickly smoothed out the frizz by turning it on. The massage feature is interesting and my daughter loves it. It really makes my hair brushing routine go by a lot faster!

It stopped working after three uses. I have to hit it a few times to make it work . It would e a good product if this wouldn’t happens , meaning it does smooth the hair once I get it to turn on .

I wouldn't buy this again. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with the product itself, it just doesn't work for my hair. I have naturally wavy, frizzy hair and I've always been deathly scared of combing my hair. Even after trying this comb it didn't do much for my frizz. That being said, everyone has different hair types.In the photo with the blue shirt, my hair is still wet and at its least frizziest. In the 2nd photo my hair is about 70% frizzy at this point. In the 3rd photo, I just finished using the ion comb (it's still kind of frizzy). The 4th photo is my hair 5 mins later at its full frizz potential (it's bad).

When I first got it and put batteries in the lock wouldn't stay in place so the back kept falling out. I returned it and had another one sent to me. I love the feel of the brush on my scalp, but my hair is no less frizzy. I hear the hum and know it's working ok, it just doesn't de-frizz my hair. And the massager part is too light to feel anything good. I won't return another one so I just have a $20 plain old brush now.

Opened it to put in the batteries, cannot for the life of me put it back together. Tried every possible way, persistently and calmly, and I am not usually too bad at such things. And it looks very simple, I really don't understand what else I could try. Returning.

This product worked only the first few days. Then it started making weird noise. The lid fails to properly close once you change the battery. Not worthied.

This product is confusing. It does NOT help tame frizzy hair. It actually makes my hair MORE frizzy. I would not recommend this product. The vibration literally does nothing noticeable to my scalp or hair.
