Not impressed
After a bit of effort, you can get the large mutes on the violin, but the plastic is very stiff and don't fit very well. By far not the best mutes you can buy. But the small mutes are terrible, first thing there are no side slots, so you have to remove the D and A strings and feed them through the holes, It doesn't end the tag will not fit over the bridge. I've got a standard bridge setup, and I can't see these mutes fitting on any violin.Now I see why you get 8 mutes for £5.99

Not for cello
Not for the cello!!! Do not buy if you want this for a 4/4 cello! These are for violins and are way too small to fit over the bridge. Disappointed as this was the first thing that came up when I searched for cello mute. Got to look for something else now, sorry neighbours 😂

The rubber/plastic from which these is much too hard and mekes them impossible to use
