Colour:Kumo Matcha is a special, very finely powdered green tea and is infused with hot water and then whipped with a bamboo whisk (Chasen). Matcha is also consumed as part of the Japanese tea ceremony and served in elegant tea bowls called Chawan. These bowls are made in traditional Japanese Factories according to tradition. Our handmade ceramic matcha bowl "Kumo" (meaning Cloud in japanese) has a beautiful, brownish-speckled glaze with a fine gloss and features a blueish-white glazing on the inside like a cloudy horizon. The dark brown Glazing will contrast the rich green color of Matcha Tea nicely, making Matcha also a visually appealing experience.
