This is the best thing ever for pregnancy constipation. Even better and faster then the pill. Not the worst taste at all but a little hard to keep down initially with pregnancy nausea. I recommend taking it with nausea medicine if you struggle with that just so you can keep it down long enough to work. Once your stomach settles you should drink some water or electrolytes to help. For me it took about two hours and I took the 30ml dose and it honestly felt like the best cleanse of my life after suffering from slowed digestion during my pregnancy. Honestly one of the most relieving days in months. 1000/10 would recommend if you are dealing with this or any other difficult constipation. It does keep working for about 6-8 hours esp after you eat or drink so I would use this on a day off at home. It caused much less cramping and pain then the pill and although 30 minutes is unlikely you will likely see relief in 1-3 hours. Good luck out there lol

works great in relief of constipation. works in about 30 mins. Clear some time to use the bathroom. You will feel things moving around in the stomach and moving out of your body. Better than fiber powder if you want more relief sooner than later. Good price. Doesn't not taste bad, easy to swallow. drink water with it to help.

If anyone looking for something that gets the plugged unplugged? This it 😂🤣 I’m that person who refuses to take any laxative with stimulants, no time for cramping stomach. The flavor is pretty decent, easy to sallow and my second purchase it works so well. Be certain to read the instructions, take too much you’ll be sleeping in the bathroom lol. Half cup and a glass of water behind it at bedtime, next day it’s a relief big time. For the price I sure didn’t think it works this good. Now I keep a bottle in my closet or medicine cabinet. As needed base. Anyone needs stimulate free, buy one or two. Be sure to follow the instructions.

This works faster than any powder that I've been using for years now. The only thing that I don't like is the taste/texture.

The product does work but for me personally it did give me some bad stomach cramps. I do have some underlying GI issues and can be sensitive so I was trying to find something that would be a little bit more gentle on the gut and was hopeful when I read this was cramp free. Unfortunately for me case it wasn't but that just comes down to my other health issues. However I will say the cramping for me only lasted about an hour and then they went away. The taste and consistency reminds me a lot of Milk of Magnesia. I would use at your own discretion if you do have GI issues like me because cramps may still happen. Otherwise I have a feeling like most people are saying you should be totally fine.

Works well within the first 3 hours but will last a day in the system. That means no going out of the house. Taking small dosage like 15-20 ml is a better option unless you want a dozen visits to the bathroom
