SUPER STONG! 2.5 times stronger than normal. Used on large aquarium.
First of all this is some very strong stuff. Researching it told me that it is 2.5 times stronger than your basic silicone. Used on a 200 gallon aquarium. Yeah it does smell but the smell is the strongest when you are using it. Then it is basically gone after about 1-2 days. Open windows if doing it inside and get some fans going. But to me it doesn't smell much worse than other silicones. So it just smells like silicone. It also applies like silicone. It's hard to clean up. But if you let it dry then it is easier to get off. Don't mess with it when it's wet or you will only make things worse. It's very expensive. But I am hoping that it is worth it. I am not taking any chances with that much water. It does say not to use it under water but I am convinced this is the right stuff for my aquarium. I am leaving at least 3 weeks of dry time before filling it up. It if leaks I will redo this but I doubt I will have to. It says it will be dry in 3 days and that sounds about right since that is when it stopped smelling. But to be sure I am giving it way more time. As I said it is not a very strong smell except for the first 3-4 hours. After that it is only a minimal smell. It will give you a headache. Also it is good to know that humidity HELPS this dry. So don't blow on it with fans or anything if you want it to cure faster. With any luck it will last for years. Time will tell

A bit pricey so only use when using for outdoors use the lesser 1000 for indoor products
This is the best for my business, much more secure than the 1000

great for aquarium assembly.
if you are going to make a custom glass aquarium, use this to glue it together, then use a softer product to seal it. I would not use anything else to glue the pieces together. It's fine to use it as a sealant but this stuff is a bit thick. Recommended.

Aquarium safe and extremely strong!
Great stuff! Super strong!!! I don’t care what anyone says, it is aquarium safe. Top glass tank builders and myself have been using it for decades on glass aquariums without a single issue. If you are building a large aquarium 100 gallons or more, this is the stuff you want!

That's not a good slip up to make
Hard to find aquarium grade silicone in stores any more. This fits the bill and holds strong. My only displeasure is finding the advertised "free shipping" was not free, I had to pay the post $3.18. That's not a good slip up to make.

This silicone is known in the aquarium hobby and has been used for sealing tanks and such. I used it for putting a 3D foam background in my aquarium. Good , hard hold to the glass and the foam did not move when water was added to the tank. No complaints here!
