Ive been taking this, 1 pill every day, for a week now. So far it's feel like my memory is a little better. Does not help with energy at all. A lot of reviews said it gave them a boost of energy, and that was not my experience at all. Does the exact opposite for me actually. Ive had no luck with melatonin for sleep, and no luck with any prescription sleep meds. BUT THIS!!! This supplement, about an hour or two after taking it, give me the best sleep of my life. It makes me so tired, and I sleep so soundly with it. I wake up feeling refreshed without any groggy or hungover feeling. Im only giving this 5 stars because its completely changed my sleeping for the better. I take this about an hour before I go to bed at night and it makes me tired to the point I can lay my head down and be asleep in minutes. No more tossing and turning for hours with my mind running a mile a minute until I finally pass out. No more racing thoughts about embarrassing moments, or me running arguments through my head when im trying to sleep. No more toxic over thinking while laying in bed. This brain booster gives me such a solid and sound sleep. Im dreaming again for the first time in years. I wake up feeling amazing and refreshed. I can go the whole day without wishing I could get a quick nap. I feel really good throughout the day now. I feel so good throughout the day that ive cut my 6 cups of coffee a day down to 1. I cant believe how much a good night's rest can improve every other part of ur day. Im so glad I finally tried this brain booster. It didnt do what I wanted it to, but it made a lot of other great improvements in my life. No negative side effects for me either.

I usually this product as part of my daily vitamins/supplements routine. It helps to improve mental focus and memory - it does not give you the 'feel' of prescription ADHD meds, meaning there's no excessive energy levels, no crash and no headaches when you don't take it. UPDATE!!!!!! BE AWARE OF HORRIBLE ACNE!! Soooo I found the root cause of my horrid acne breakouts and unfortunately, it was this incredible supplement 😭 trust me when I say I’m devastated! These helped my brain so much! But when I realized I started getting the worst acne Ive ever had my ENTIRE LIFE, I started trying to find what was causing it. I’m 25…And I still get tiny pimples here and there. Im not being overly dramatic when I say my cheeks, jaw line, and my chin were COVERED in huge painful acne while taking the supplement. It was the only thing that was different in my daily regimen. Once I stopped taking these, I started taking supplements that help regulate hormonal acne..(fish oil/prim rose oil/Vitamin B complex, Vitamin D..) because according to google, chin and jawline acne were related to an imbalance of hormones. I do drink Zest tea daily which helps with energy. But I had drank my zest tea like I always do, and still. I had brain fog, couldn’t concentrate like usual. Focus wasn’t too good. I realized how much of a difference these vitamins have made on my daily abilities to function!! I've been taking this supplement for 5 years on and off. I usually take it with dinner, and I feel sharper the following day. Based on the reviews, most people take it first thing in the morning, but my body has adapted to taking it at night and it works for me. The days I take it, I feel I am able to recall things easier and faster. I also notice I am able to think deeper about issues which is great for my career. In full disclosure, I also take caffeine pills in the morning. They give me energy and together with his supplement in my system, it gets me going to start my day.
