I have tried many Codeages supplements and This is one that I order on repeat. The effects are somewhat hard to describe, but I just feel better more energetic more alert, Like someone turned on more cellular switches in my body. I gave it to family member to who was recovering from brain surgery and will never know exactly but I feel like it helped with the overall recovery.

I'm not usually one to fall for strange products such as a bottle of pills that will help you keep your youth longer and reduce stress and inflammation. And honestly I don't know if I'm living longer or if my cells are. But there are some things I noticed when I started and stopped using this product. I work out a lot and so my body is always changing. I gain fat, lose it, gain muscle and even lose muscle to be more toned. I don't know if this helps with any of that, however I do know it has helped me with two specific things: 1. Digestion. I have noticed that when I do take this, my body digests pretty much any meal without problem. This may not seem like a big deal but usually a burrito will make me feel full and bloated for more than half the day. With this I hardly notice any problem besides the light night time gas from said burrito. Without it for two days I ended up feeling full again for hours. In my opinion this is a great tool for gaining calories without fuss for fitness related goals. 2. Stress. I do have a type of chronic depression...But I do feel more focused and less scatterbrained which does, in turn, help me push through depressive episodes and be a little more reasonable. Also helps in meditation which helps with depression! 3. I haven't gotten sick at all in about 2 1/2 years and even through this pandemic I have no symptoms of sickness. Of course not everyone will but I do believe the reduced stress, better digestion and some extra antioxidants help to deal with possible sickness. I have tested example 1 and 2 plently of times with continued usage and no usage. Not sure if I'll love forever but I sure do feel like my body is running pretty efficiently.

I’ve been taking one capsule before bed and one a couple of hours after waking. I think it will take a little while longer for me to feel a major difference, but I believe it will help me feel better in the long run and I’m excited to see what 4-6 weeks of taking this product will do for me.

Vitamin gave me Increased energy levels!!

I like that only 1 pill is daily and it seems to be good.

I have used similar product you can get cheaper but have to take 3 to 4 horse size pills a day. This is just one easy to swallow tab. I went in for a physical and other than the typical American lack of vitamin D, my doctor gave me a clean bill of health! I sleep better and have more energy than I did in my early 30's and I'm almost 50! Will be purchasing regularly.

This telomere support supplement is good. Good price and product came quickly. Will buy again.

I normally don't leave reviews like this, but wanted to warn anyone with MTHFR this isn't something you should gamble with. I have taken it for a few days, thinking it would be a better than taking multiple MTHFR supplements, but was sadly mistaken. Out of curiosity, I looked up the ingredients and found Ashwagandha should be 'used with caution with MTHFR due to potential methylation issues'. The fact this also has BioPerine only serves to exacerbate those complications. Sadly, there are no returns accepted, so I hope this prevents others from making the same mistake I did. Though it may work for some with MTHFR, there is a risk involved with this for MTHFR sufferers.
