This is my 4th Scanpan. I bought the first two 40 years ago and they still are going strong. They have all the right attributes. They are non-stick but still allow a nice carmelization to occur. They clean easily, do not scratch, and require minimal maintenance. Best pans available.

I have several scanpans and have replaced others for free with their great warranty. Use any utensil (don’t do a anything stupid like trying to chip burned on beef residue with a metal spatula), even heat and non stick. Simply run hot water in the hot pan and gunk steams off, no other pan can do this without warping. Costly but are a lifetime investment.

I like the size and the side handle is a plus. I own a growing collection of the classic models and use them everyday.

I use this pan 3 or 4 times a week and it cooks and cleans like a dream. I particularly like the shape, the feel of the handle and the glass lid. It is my second Scanpan and would definitely buy others.

Beautiful even cooking and not too heavy
