Read it twice
I wouldn't say that the book has no prerequisites: you have to know IT concepts and PMO very well. Yet that all along wouldn't guarantee your grasping on ITIL quickly. You may want to consider reading this book couple times.

Awful book
Terrible book. Definitions are not clear and wordy. There is no exercise provided and the contents are not in an order you just study and get ready for the test. I recommend books like: ITIL Foundation Exam Study Guide or Foundations of IT Service Management with ITIL 2011: ITIL Foundations Course in a Book instead.

Course through a ton of info but this helps you absorb that info. Provided a very good review enjoy and learn

Too bad and inconsistent
The book is very unorganized , lacks consistency and continuity , I have to search for different sources ,the author seems to get many uncompleted phrases from ITIL CBT nuggets 2009 version, I don't recommend this book for anybody

Passed the Exam
I used this book to review for the exam and I passed. It's organized per the exam syllabus, and contained everything I needed to pass.

Content unbecoming / missing
I'm sure most of the information in this book is relevant to the topic at hand but it seems to be all over the place, duplicated and I've encountered now 4 cliff-hanging chopped off sentences to missing paragraphs and possibly pages (who knows)....and now I've had it too long to seek a refund. Going to mutter my way through the rest of it but beware - you may be disappointed! Hoping that Amazon auto updates this book with the author to fill in the missing bits!

FB3: Für Anfänger nicht geeignet
Als Literatur zum erlernen der Materie ist dieses Exemplar nicht geeignet. Zumindest nicht, wenn die Prüfung in deutscher Sprache absolviert wird. Eventuell verstehe ich das Buch besser nach erfogreich bestandener Prüfung.
