Accurate and easy to use
I overclocked CPUs and GPUs on older model motherboards, I rely on the thermometer to monitor temperature since old motherboards don’t have sensors to tell me the temperatures. This thermometer is exactly what I needed, easy to use and does the job!

Works great and looks good
This was a great purchase. My wife using it for cooking and baking, needing to know what certain items are at certain temperatures. The device itself is pretty sturdy, the laser sight makes easy to use. But you need to hold it steady. It even comes with a battery, I saw others on the market and this is one of the least expensive. It works really well, I just play with myself, but it is not really a toy, remember it has a laser in it just don't let the kids play.

Close enough
Not a very accurate thermal measurement but it’s close enough. It’s probably +- 5C in accuracy but it’s very repeatable. The calibration may be off a little. Just find a reference temp to get a basic offset.

Not worth
It’s not accurate at all, compared with other temperature reading tools to verify accuracy and every time was off! First time was off for 10°, second time was off by 30° and third time was off by 17°, all this reading were taken with the same secondary device and same spot and time.

If you want one of these, but this one!
Handheld IR thermometer guns are never consistent. Distance, reflectivity, material, are all factors that affect your reading. That being said, this one was accurate within a hundredth of a degree with a Fluke I have! These are really “ballpark” thermometers good for measuring delta (change in temp)

Not Accurate
The form and features of the product were great, but the core functionality didn't work. The temperature readings were inconsistent and varied by 5-10 degrees. The more you tried to get a reading, the larger the errors would grow. Ultimately, it just didn't work as expected (or like my previous temp gun). I had to return the product.

Ticks all the boxes
I'm really impressed with this thermometer. Compact, not complicated to use and in my personal test(s).. Pretty accurate. As seen in the picture, the reading on the right (red) is from the vehicles computer, of engine coolant temperature.
