Great bone complex
This product is so much easier to take than most bone support products. You only have to take 3 capsules a day as opposed to 6 or more huge tablets from other brands. The type of calcium is well absorbed into the body and there are many other vitamins and minerals that are vital to bone health.

I feel like this product along with my Raw calcium and the calcium included in this product reversed my osteoporosis! I was just barely over the line into osteoporosis in one of my hips, osteopenia in other areas and after a full year & half when I received my test scores I was amazed of the results. It says 4 daily but I just took 2, one with one calcium supplement before breakfast and before lunch, sometimes dinner if I forgot at lunch worked for me. I'll be long time customer.
