These are great! We keep them in each kid’s softball bag and have used them multiple times. Takes a little strength to get them to start getting cold, but once you get it, it stays cold for a while. Glad to have it in hand when a kid gets hit by a ball!

My boyfriend is in Afghanistan and sometimes needs icepacks for his back. As you can imagine it is difficult to get ice in some of the more austere places. I sent him these and he LOVED them. Larger size and length of time they stay cold was awesome.

They are crushable ice packs which deliver cold when you crush them open inside. They come several in a box as described. I haven't used them yet - because you use them when there is an emergency and fortunately I haven't had one yet.

Had a knee replacement surgery, and while it works, it doesn't have the same effect to lessen pain using the bag of ice.

The pic shows them much larger, they are only 5x7, are hard to pop and don't stay cold for long at all. Returned. Just a suggestion: don't review unless you've actually USED the product.

These packs get cold quickly but last literally minutes. One of my players rolled an ankle with 9 minutes left in the game. After a minute or two evaluating her injury I applied the ice pack. By the time the team cleared the bench and left the court her ice pack was room temperature. Good thing there were 8 in the box because we used almost all of them just to get home.

Easy to activate, no leaking, last a long time.

These Instate Ice Packs never got cold enough. My husband used one of these on his swollen knee, what a waste! It never got cold enough, it was like cool packs. Sending back.
