Ovulation and HCG tests really work!!!! Trust me!!!
I bought these in April 2013 after TTC since June 2012. In January 2013, I actually did get pregnant. I used store bought HPTs, 5/6 store bought HPTs were positive, that's how I knew I was. I followed that up with blood test end of January 2013 to confirm, HCG levels were too low, so doc ordered another HCG test for the following week. Between waiting for second blood test, I started my period and knew I was pregnant anymore, very early miscarriage. After 3 more months of no success, I stumbled upon these and thought why not? I've spend way too much on store OPKs and HPTs already. It took me a couple months to get the hang of using the ovulation strips, turns out, the strips told me I ovulated a few days sooner than what the app calculator says, no wonder we haven't had any success yet. I tested few times a day, morning, afternoon, late afternoon, sometimes evening. I would get a faint test line most of the time with the ovulation strips, but on one particular day, day 15 of cycle (I'm regular), the test line was as dark as the control line, that's how I knew these tests work. We didn't get pregnant in April 2013...I used the HCG strips too, A LOT, and every time, no line at all, just saw the dark pink control line. I used the HCG strips a few times too during my cycle when I knew I was definitely not pregnant and couldn't possibly be, just to make sure these strips aren't defective. So far so good, both tests (LH and HCG) work like they should. In May 2013, was the month I decided to stop obsessing and just do it when we wanted to do it, well, we did it around day 14, 15, 16 of my cycle, when I thought I would ovulate based on previous discovery using these LH strips. In May 2013, I didn't use the LH strips as regularly as I did in April because I told myself to stop being so insanely obsessive. At about 10 DPO, I decided to give my last few HCG strips a whirl, to really just get rid of them and entertain the thought that I might be pregnant, I wasn't expecting much, just a control line like usual, so I peed in a cup and dipped the stick and went about my day for a little bit and came back like 10 minutes later to it, and there it was, a very very faint test line next to the control line. I couldn't believe it. I thought I was seeing things. But remembered I've used these HCG strips before and every single time, there was no line next to the control line, and this time, there was, a faint one, but that line was there indeed.Next day, 11 DPO, I dipped the HCG strip again, and once again, a faint line next to control line. This gave me even more hope. Then, the next day, 12 DPO (today actually, same day as this review), in the morning, peed in a cup, dipped the second to last HCG strip, and there it was again, the test line, a little darker this time than the others I have used. I thought, I gotta be pregnant. I was still skeptical just because I was, I didn't want to be too excited since the last time I was this excited, it ended in an early chemical pregnancy (miscarriage). I stupidly poured the FMU out into the toilet and thought "OMG, why did I do that?!?!" I was going to use my one Clear Blue digital test with that urine to confirm the HCG Wondfo strip. I couldn't wait till the next morning to use my Clear Blue test, so I waited a few minutes and had to go pee again, so I used that urine with the Clear Blue HPT, I was expecting to wait like 2-3 minutes to see results, but it felt like within a minute I saw that beautiful word "Pregnant"!!!!!!!!! I couldn't believe it, I ran and showed the hubby, we couldn't be more excited, but also we are still weary of what could happen this early in pregnancy. The last time we got those positives, we told too many people and we shouldn't have. This time, it's just between us until we're further along and first thing Monday morning, I'm calling the doc and having her order me a blood test to confirm and then we shall wait. For now, I'll start using prenatal gummy vitamins to make sure I'm healthy as can be for baby...and hopefully, history won't repeat itself this time. Lots of luck to you all who are TTC!!!If you're reluctant to buy these, please save yourself the wonder and money. I swear these work. I never write reviews for anything really, and this is the one time I feel that I must write this review on my experience with these and share it. I hope this review is helpful to anyone TTC and wondering how they can do it and not break the bank in the process.Hopefully in 10 weeks or so, I can write an update to this review with positive news! :)Also, I Googled what these Wondfo positive HCG strips should look like, and sure enough, the pics I saw of people who used these strips and took pics of the line gradually getting darker reconfirmed my results and that's what really prompted me to use the more expensive HPTs :)

These are pretty awesome. What a great deal and they helped make baby-making less stressful!Short story: the first time I used the LH strips, I had my LH surge that day, confirmed that I had my LH surge with one of those expensive clear blue LH predictors with the smiley face, and then I used the HCG strip soon after and confirmed I was pregnant!Picture: shows that my LH was high Oct 14 am & pm, and Oct 15 am. By Oct 15 pm, my LH surge was over. This all meant that I ovulated on Oct 15 (I also had more discharge than normal mid-day on the 15). We did the deed the nights of the 14 and 15, even though I knew the 15 was very likely too late. I did the pregnancy (HCG) test day 11,13,15,17 after ovulation and you can see the faint pink line getting stronger.Long story: After not becoming pregnant without using any predictor kits, I decided to order these. I also bought the expensive clear blue ones with the smiley face. I did a decent amount of research, so hopefully this information will help you. Be sure to test with the LH strips twice a day, and start at least 5 days before you THINK you will be ovulating. Just follow the instructions that come with the strips. For the LH hormone, FMU (first morning urine) is not actually as good to use. Lets say your LH starts to surge around 6am. However, you last peed at 9pm last night. Now when you get up at 7am to test your urine, you have 9 hours of low LH and 1 hour of high LH; this isn't likely to make the line that much darker than it normally is, and you may not realize that you have started your LH surge. But, if you pee again at 9am and test this urine, you now have 2 hours of high LH, and the strip will not be diluted with low LH, thus the strip will show up darker than normal and you will realize that you will be ovulating very soon. Please keep in mind with the ovulation predictor (LH) strips, that you will always get another blue line showing up - it is up to you to compare how dark the blue line is to the control line. For me, it was easier to compare the darkness of the line to previous tests since I was one of those people whose LH line didn't get darker than the control line when I had my LH surge, but I could tell that it was darker than on previous LH strips.I tested the way the instructions suggested - after peeing in a little medicine cup, I let it sit for about 5 minutes or so, bringing it down a bit to room temp, and then I dipped the strip for the set amount of time, and then placed on top of the cup, set a timer, and waited to read the results. I also saved my strips (even though they say not to look at any color change after the 5 minutes since it won't be accurate anymore) in order to compare my LH darkness to other strips. I did not feel that after the allotted amount of time that the control or test line got that much darker anyway. If you are not sure if your line is darker than normal, just test your urine again the next time you have to pee, or go ahead and confirm with the more expensive clear blue monitors that give you a smiley face or not.Now for the pregnancy test hormone, HCG. For this test, FMU is fine. Since your body does not produce this hormone unless you are pregnant, even the faintest of lines means that you are pregnant. I personally tested 11 days after ovulation to see if I was pregnant. There was no pink line after the 5 minute wait. However, after about 15-20 min, I swear I saw a faint pink line. I also tested day 13, 15, and 17 after ovulation and soon enough the pink line showed up within the 5 minute mark, and when looking at all 4 pregnancy strips at the same time, you can see the progression of the pink line getting darker.Overall, I had a very positive experience, becoming pregnant the first time I used these strips. I know that was just luck. But it sure was nice to have the strips to know that we were doing the deed at just the right times since I knew when I was ovulating. This definitely took some of the stress off and kept things fun! Also, they are so much less expensive than what you can get at the store, so you don't have to feel bad about "wasting" them when you're testing yourself twice a day with the LH strips. I will absolutely use these again in the future if we decide to try again after this baby!

Ovulation test is great, but pregnancy test can give false positive.
The ovulation test (LH) works great! It’s very clear to see when you’re ovulating. But the pregnancy test (HCG) can give you false positive. I cannot say how effective it is to detect pregnancy because I was not pregnant while using this product. So what I can say about it is that If you run a LH test and a HCG test at the same time, side by side against each other (like it’s on the picture) you’ll get a false positive pregnancy test. I guess the dye on the LH test messes up the dye on the HCG test. I placed it against each other because I wanted to have a reference of where the positive line would show up on the HCG test. It was a big scare because it took me awhile to figure out what was going on and I full on thought I was pregnant! But when I did figure out, I tested a few more times with the LH test and also separate to confirm my theory. So just be aware!! When you do your HCG test, do it by itself!
