WE have just moved from a sem-urban home into a town centre home, and want to pamper the pair of blue tits that have visited our small patio garden. We're quite impressed with the box, which is well made and seems sturdy, and it will be simple to hang onto the wooden fence. We've fitted a blue tit plate over the hole so it's reserved for the blue tits. We think this is good value for money. If we have resident robins I will buy another and pamper the robins.

Firstly, good size and seems sturdy enough. I'm not convinced that it would last very long due to the wood only being stained rather than varnished. I've bought varnish and given it about 4 coats, will put it outside tomorrow. I'm hoping that the fitting that will hang on one screw will be sufficient to keep it on the wall 🤞

Lovely little box for our resident Blue Tits. Within a day of putting this up they were flying into it.

Pretty good quality, no problems with dodgy nail gunning like some reviews. Boxes now up, awaiting birds.

I purchased two and upon taking off the detachable front, noticed that many of the nails were visible and sticking out sharply in the area where the birds will nest. I had to take off the roof and put new nails in to make this safer. I thought it was best to check the second and fortunately I did, as this was the same, albeit not as many nails as the first. Bird house looks strong and well made, but do take the front off and check inside, so it doesn't lead to any nasty accidents. The second one I haven't been able to use yet, as one of the nails I cannot reach and is still sticking out sharply

Bought two of these partly due to the inexpensive cost. Very sturdy build and should last a long time. Great that you can easily configure for either small or larger birds. Sensible slot at the bottom for ventilation unlike other bird boxes. Easy to install and attach to the wall however screws and wall plugs not included in the purchase. Really pleased with these and looking forward to hopefully some nesting birds. Great purchase and super fast delivery as well. In the past we have made bird boxes from scratch but at this cost it would have been more expensive just to purchase the wood to make these. Excellent value.
