My "Go-To" for the Winter Blues!
Whenever I feel that first tickle in my throat or a heavy head, Lemsip Max is the first thing I reach for. What I like: Fast Relief: Within about 15–20 minutes of finishing the drink, my headache usually eases off and the feverish aches start to settle. Soothing: Unlike just swallowing a pill, the hot lemon liquid really helps soothe a scratchy, sore throat. It’s quite comforting when you’re feeling miserable. Easy to Prep: The sachets dissolve quickly in hot water without leaving big chalky lumps at the bottom. Effective: With 1000mg of Paracetamol per sachet, it’s a "Max" strength dose that actually tackles a proper cold. Things to note: The taste is "medicinal lemon"—it’s not a gourmet lemonade, but it’s definitely drinkable and much better than other brands I’ve tried. Be careful not to take other paracetamol products at the same time! Overall, it’s a staple in my medicine cabinet. It helps me get through the day when I can't just stay in bed. Highly recommend having a box on standby!
