Fundamentals of Applied Pathophysiology: An Essential Guide for Nursing and Healthcare Students 3rd Edition

It's written in English but not American English-- many of the medical terms are different and how many times can you use the word "whilst." Apparently a lot!

Everything you need to gain knowledge and test yourself on pathophysiology. I really like Case study and Red Flags sections because it gives me practical inside and opportunity for reflection. All chapters are explained in scientific way but are easy to follow. I've been using this book a lot in my studies.

It is a good book which helpful sections when it explains the actual conditions. The other sections are extremely basic (like school level introductions) and for me ruined the complexity of the helpful sections. I only use about 60% of the book.

Fantastic book for simple pathophysiology for student nurses. Great start to a placement area. Only 4 stars as there isn't a lot of in depth info, but like I said great starting point and overview of the main complications in different areas.

Excellent book to help me with my planning essays in my nursing degree. It explores and explain what assessment should be carried for each body system.
