does this also get out the eggs?

Yes! This comb gets out everything! After a month of battling lice in my daughter's hair, we purchased this comb and haven't had a problem since. Whenever I hear that there is a lice scare at her school I run the comb through as a precaution and I have on one occasion found a single egg with it.

Would this take out nits from really thin straight baby hair? My 2 year old's hair is giving me great difficulty taking out the nits.

I used it on my 2 and 4 year old. It worked perfectly! No nits were left behind. I used baby oil and dampened their hair. The comb slides through nicely and catches every nit and louse.

Can you use the comb with thick in curly hair?

I have thick curly hair and use this comb in the shower it’s amazing and it leaves nothing behind. I used this comb when my kid came home with lice from school. I have 3 boys ages 10, 6, and 4 and they have thin blond hair like their dad. This comb is by far the best one I’ve used.
