This is the original formula, keep in mind this is a small container, if you're looking to time travel with your face, this is it, if you're certain that this is what you want, get a larger container, I got this for my mother, she's happy, I'm such a good son.

Q: Does it get rid of acne scars?

No it only helps clean your skin.

Q: Did your jar come unsealed?

Honestly I do not remember, but I did return two large jars of Noxzema because one was leaking.
