Defective?
I've used this product once before but this delivery seems stale - as if the moisture has been reduced so much it's like a clay. It should be a paste, as shown in the product photos. Very difficult to use now and has no hold. I can't seem to get a replacement or refund.

Defective and I can't return it!
Great product but latest batch defective. Wrong consistency, as if part melted. And Amazon won't let me return it!!! So I am stuck with a defective product and no refund. Complete rubbish

The photos look exactly like the 100g box, but you'll be shocked just how small this is when it arrives. Do yourself a favour and look for the 100g box at the same price. Avoid!!
