I was searching amazon for a square led flat panel light that would fit our needs. I was really tired of the lack of light that was coming out of the original lights that were installed into our outside porch (in the 80s) The glass would constantly get dirty and disgusting from the bugs that just thought it was a great place to be and die. 8 years ago I replaced the bulbs with a 100 watt equivalent 23 watt cfl and although it lasted all these years it still wasn't bright enough. These flat panel lights are great, i'm knocking off 1 star because the led driver is not in metal or plastic junction box. In order for these to be safe I made the connection in a plastic blue junction box with wire nuts. Blue goes to neutral (white) and brown goes to hot (black). Also not impressed with the springs as I had to install them myself and they were a little pain. 1 i even had to chisel out the plastic as it wasn't fully cleared from the factory. In the outdoor photo you can see the difference between the old light (closer) and the led (father). The light itself came in a Russian doll style of packaging.

I have replaced these twice. They are not grounded, which is a concern. They lasted for a little while, but then started to flash. As you can see in my picture, they are not very sturdy. The driver burns out and ruins the light. Worries me about them possibly being a fire hazard. Finally changed them out for superior lights including a third ground wire.

Replaced an old square recessed light that the trim and lens were missing from. Worked out great ! Customer is happy !

not only are they not fully dimmable (yes, they dim, but only to about 50% then they cut out) 2 of the 6 quit after 6 weeks and 2 more are now flickering. Looking for replacements. One unit failed completely and had to be replaced. The failed unit had a blown capacitor and disconnected lead wire from the heat. I'm lucky it didn't catch on fire.

Had to find something to work in an old 10x10' recessed location. Minor trimming of drywall to make it fit, light went in and works perfect.

Absolute garbage. If your into burning down your house these are for you. I replaced a set of fixtures that were similar that only lasted about 5 times turning them on. Got this brand same thing happened. I’m a licensed electrician should of know not to buy these. Potential fire hazard.

My only complaint is that it didn't work well with the new "LED" certified dimmer I purchased. It's installed over the kitchen sink and we thought that, with a dimmer, we could turn it down at night to be used as a night light. We're using the light from the over-the-range microwave instead.

Dont waste your money on this, Low quality and poor desing, if you end up buying know that returns are ship to China and pay out of your pocket, cost you more to return than the product
