Important: recommended by my dentist for dry mouth at night.
My dentist recommended I use 5 pieces for my extremely dry mouth at night. The slices of the gum does not work. It has something to do with the coating on the small pieces. I was extremely disappointed that Amazon no longer carries this product. I hope they bring this back soon.

Great flavor that lasts a long time
My husband loves this gum - it is all he will chew now. I am not a big Peppermint gum person (I prefer bubblemint) but if I am looking for a minty flavor or have coffee breath and cannot brush, then I reach for my husbands gum. Cobalt is the only one I've found that doesn't make my nose run and eyes water. Great taste that lasts for a long time
