Do this product help with blackheads?

Not really, it helps a lot with infected pores, and cysts under the skin but doesn't dissolve blackheads.

Isn't lanolin comedogenic?

Not if used properly. There is no danger of that effect with this product. Antibacterial properties are the most beneficial elements of this astringent.

does this soap use natural lanolin or synthetic lanolin?

The product box only says "lanolin" and does not specify either natural or synthetic. You might want to check to see if the manufacturer has a website that can answer that question.

If I were to use another soap right after using the sulfur soap, will the sulfur soap still be effective?

I’m not sure if it will change the effectiveness but if I use something afterwards my skin feels different than if I use it very last. For that reason, this soap is the last step when I wash my face.
