No, it does not but there are several options available, the protective boot, part A-47X-BOOT, the UHH-C1 soft carrying case, and the A-402A Nylon pouch.

How do you display the readings in inches of water column?

It should come out of the box displaying inches of water column. If not, pressure both buttons on the front simultaneously to toggle between KPa and inches of water column.

While doing a pressure check my gauge read 313 inwc which is around 12lbs it also displayed a code ofl anyone know what that means?

Probably mean s you exceeded the pressure limit (which I believe is 10psi). Look at the max specs of your unit to be sure.
