Helps with Energy Level
I tried these and couldn't take them bc for some reason they caused me to itch like crazy. But, I gave 1xday to my teenage son who has been struggling with a low energy level and WOW!... This makes a difference. It took about 3 weeks before we really noticed a change in his energy level. I hope this supplement is helpful to you.

Price is insane
I have been using on and off for over a decade. I like the product but the price on this has become insane. I feel that this is price gouging by the manufacturer. Price has at least doubled over the years.
