Armarkat Premium Scots Pine 54-Inch Cat Tree with Three Levels, Perch, Condo

Very happy! Appearance is good and was simple to assemble. I was hesitant about the top "hammock", but my cat loves it. She also uses the cubby as well. I think this is because both of these are a good size vs other cat trees that tend be be on the smaller side.

My two cats love their new cat tree! I love that you can replace parts as I am sure that my cats will tear up the sisal in a year or two. I love that there is no carpet and the few cloth parts are machine washable. My only complaint is that the hammock on top is a little flimsy-feeling. My male cat is very large and doesn't really fit on it- I don't think it would break if he were to use it but the arms on either side sag when he gets in it and I can tell it scares him so he doesn't use the hammock. Otherwise everything about this cat tree is great for a big cat. Also ours seems a tiny bit unstable, but I bet it would be perfectly fine if it were on carpet or had rubber feet placed underneath it- at any rate on my somewhat uneven hard floors it is not about to tip over even when the cats run and jump on it.–----updated to add:After a few months both of my cats enjoy the hammock. Totally sturdy enough, they just needed some time to get used to it.

So I have to say Amarkats cat trees are top of the line and hold up very nicely.. I had one for about 3 years that was carpeted and I felt like it was a fur magnet..There was nothing wrong with it and I am actually giving it to my sister for her cat.. When I saw this cat tree I was excited for the less mess. At first my cat wouldn't go near the hammock and now that's all he uses. One of the other reviewers said it's not good and the cat won't like it because it isn't carpeted... that's not been my experience and the top shelf (below the hammock) is really large and would accommodate a fairly large cat.. my cat likes to stretch out so he loves it. As with other products from this company assembly was easy and all materials seemed of high quality.The only reason I am not giving this a 5 star is I am starting to notice chunks albeit small chunks of wood coming up where my cat has gripped with his claws to climb. Someone needs to take this cat tree and make attachable material covers that fasten securely on the platforms that you can take off and wash.

This is my 2nd cat tree purchased from Armarkat, the first being the carpeted version. Although I loved the quality of construction, all the carpeted areas become very difficult to clean. This cat tree is carpet free! It was easy to put together although the instructions were just pictures. The sisal scratching posts can hurt your fingers during construction as some of the little fibers are pretty sharp. Best to grab on to the sisal posts with a towel or gloves before trying to tighten them. It's a good height for our needs and is sturdy. The only flaw really is that my cat is used to jumping up on the carpeted type of trees so she actually fell the first time she tried to jump from one level to the next. Oops! It came with a little hammock bed and also a removable bed inside the cubby. It was packaged well and easy for 1 person to assemble. I am very happy with this purchase.

Even without having bought this I can tell it will be a dismal cat tree. Zoom in and look for yourself. Bare wooden planks without carpeting? For over $100? Even the cat looks hugely disappointed.

Super easy to assemble. Quality materials. Definitely check bolts post assembly and a week after use, per directions. The top 'hammock' most likely better suited for smaller cats- perhaps <8lbs. My cats use every bit of the sisal to stretch and scratch. I added a pet pad with a anti-skid platform to highest wood level- keeps the soft mat for sleeping in place. I'd buy this brand again.

The cubby is too small.

Great looking cat tree but that sling top has to go! My cat won't touch it. Obviously each cat is different - maybe an option for the top would be better. I really like the natural wood look.
