Cool key keeper. But, use a thicker key ring to keep from having a smaller ring get caught between black little lock and area it slides into. But other than that I’ve bought more to actually hang Yeti drink jug from two wheel dolly. Very secure and thought miscellaneous holder.

I like Nite Ize carabiners a lot, they are an excellent choice for just about anything other than rigging.The SlideLock works fine, but for most applications you don't need it. In that case it is just in the way. I bought them for use on a river raft trip, but there is quite a lot of spring tension on the gate and I think the regular Nite Ize without the lock would have been fine. But if you're worried about the thing opening up accidentally then sure, get these with the SlideLock.

The Best. No more needs to be said but I will the build quality Is one of the best on the market for non climbing, and there is not spring to break with the clever design intigrated into the frame, Overall the best value for money my old red one I bought 8 years ago and is still holding up.

The only complaint is the locking part comes off immediately, I have ordered them twice now though as they work well otherwise

If you ever lost a $300 key fob for your vehicle.I did and ever since I keep buying the nite ize s biner locking clasp.I can unlock the s biner from jeans but the keys remain locked.This is one is for a flashlight and can be a single end clasp.

I might be the only person using these carabiners for this purpose, but they work great for me. I use two of them to clip my Nabi Big Tab onto the side of the wire shelf that houses my home theater equipment. This gives a two-screen experience, so while one family member is gaming on the big screen, another can watch Netflix on the Nabi (because of course these days 24 inches is not a big screen), and then everyone is happy.The openings for a size 4 is *just* perfect for the Nabi Big Tab frame. Any smaller wouldn't have worked, and any bigger wouldn't fit nearly as well.

Once you start using these (the brand, with the locking system), you won't go back to regular carabiners! Great quality and just the peace of mind that it's locked in place and easy to unlock ... (unlike the ones where you need to twist it).
