Beautiful and practical
Totally love this item, so much that when I lost one, I missed it a lot so had to buy another. It’s really good quality, looks beautiful and it’s so nice having a decent brew when I get to work.I had a few disasters with leaks but that was my fault for not really closing it properly, now I just use one end only. For less incompetent people, the fact that it opens either end is a bonus.

Top quality product !
A bit pricey but you know what they say...you get what you pay for. And this one doesn't disappoint :)It is made out of glass which gives it a really premium feel when you hold it and the fact that it has a sealable infuser is just awesome. Also, I love the print on it.Bottom line : GO FOR IT ! YOU'LL LOVE IT !

Beautiful but leaks occasionally
Really good and elegant tumbler. Unfortunately I intermittently struggle with leaking droplets from the top stopper

Lovely bottle
The bottle is beautiful. Opens both ends for easy cleaning. The little tea insert is totally leaf tight. It also comes out for easy cleaning & sits nicely in a mug/cup if you wish. Also included is a pouch for your bottle. Very well made, love it

Pretty... useless
It does not keep drinks warm, it does not keep drinks cold. It leaks unless you tighten the base and lid so tight, you can't then undo them. It looks pretty and that's just about it. Expensive and useless.

Beautiful bottle
I loved the packaging, so professional and classy, the flask, because it is glass is rather heavy but easier to carry in pouch with the handle. Worth noting that for tea you need to take the strainer out before you leave the house as it's messy and you have no where to dispose of the leaves. It can be difficult to drink from given it stays hot and the glass is quite think so be careful not to burn your mouth. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, it does leak a little if I turn it the opposite way up and that's why I give it 4 stars. It is a beautiful looking object

Beautiful Design
Just received mine and everything from the packaging to the item itself is beautifully designed and finished. I'll certainly be giving some of these for presents. Haven't used it yet...although the quality is excellent, so can't see any issue with it.

beautiful looking flask - shame about its performance!
I was so excited about this product as I was fed up of metal based flasks tainting the taste of tea, especially earl grey which has such a delicate taste but I am extremely disappointed that the flask barely keeps the tea warm for an hour! its marketed as a flask - I presumed I would get at least 2 hours of warmth but nope! and at the price I very much feel I have been fleeced!!! its a shame as it really is a thing of beauty !!
