BATTERY STOPPED WORKING IN ABOUT 1 MONTH
I DON'T REALLY USE THIS THAT MUCH (I WHICH I COULD HAVE TIME, IT REALLY FEELS GREATS). THE FIRST GUN I HAD FROM THIS BRAND WAS AN USED ONE, IT WORKED BETTER THAN THE NEW I HAVE BOUGHT. I AM HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT EFFICIENCY, BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN IT STOPPED WORKING. I REALLY WANT THIS PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED, I COULD ACCEPT A NEW BATTERY IF YOU BELIEVE THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM. I SAW CHEAPER GUNS, AND DECIDED FOR THIS BECAUSE OF THE BRAND... PLEASE LET ME KNOW OF THERE IS ANY FIX OR SOMETHONG WE COULD DO.

Very effective for muscle pain
Great tool for relaxing muscle to reduce muscle pain. Convenient and easy to use. Three things that can be made better:1. The material for the head attachment is not very durable, tiny bits of rubber broke off leaving tiny dents on the attachment surface. This started happening in just a few weeks' use on soft cotton t-shirt surface.2. The attachments are difficult put on and take off. It doesn't look like it will last very long before the attachment breaks.3. Power switch can be in a more convenient location.

Battery life. Or life of machine
I have only used this a handful of times. Always keep it in the case it came with. Always turn it off when not using it. And now I went to use it and it does not work. I charged it and took it off the charger. And now it will not work. Is there something you can do to help please

Does a great job
Got one because my chiropractor uses one on me before adjustments and it feels great. Love being able to use it more frequently and for others too!
