These are excellent little lights, and bright! The fact that they only take one simple battery is a big plus. I have bought three now. I keep mine on my house keys. I would not put them on car keys as they *could* wear out the lock tumbler.One thing that should be done is to lubricate the threads. As this is Al against Al, premature wear can occur. I simply put a dab of silicone grease on the threads and rotated the head until all the threads were lubed.Again, great lights. Buy them!

With just about all of my family's micro key chain flashlights having had corrosion issues at the battery contacts and with the replacement batteries themselves I opted for a larger light which took TRIPLE A batteries/.This gem is of unpainted aluminum and fits well on my key chain.

These lights are really cheap and make great little gifts for your employees. I wish they had a couple levels of brightness, but I guess that costs more. As they are they are very bright and easy to carry. The on/off is a twist front which gives the light lockout capability so it doesn't turn on in a purse or pocket.

it is as bright as you need to see your way in the dark or work on a precise mechanism. Very small, and not likely to be turned on accidentally. My experience with a similar AAA light is that battery life is fairly short, which is to be expected, given how much light comes out of that little battery.

Great pocket edc size but i used one on my keychain for a few months. Didnt use it enough to kill the battery it came with but dropped it a few times. Its stopped working. There's a broken solder connection that i will try to fix. Return window closed.

This came with NO BATTERY, despite being pictured with it and the product description says it is included, and even the tin-container has a cut-out for it. NO Battery in the flashlight nor the tin case, so basically $7 for a DollarStore empty keychain flashlight. Will return for false description and photo.

Already stopped working, I thought maybe it had accidentally got turned on and the battery died, tried chanking the battery and still didn't work.

It's much better than the £2 keyring devices that you can get at the petrol station - and it should be since it cost over 3x that. Nevertheless, it's solid, is holding up well, and hasn't failed me yet. Usually they break after a couple weeks, but this one's still going strong after a couple months. Good value.

Have had this in my pocket at work every day for 8 months and is still working well. It has 2 light levels which I would guess about 90 and 40 lumens. Works well no complaints.UPDATE - In pocket 5 days a week for 2 years and 8 months still works. No complaints.

Used torch for around 1 minute. Got very hot and started smoking!
