Works as advertised
This product does exactly what it claims. I have 2 cylinder volvo diesel marine engine and after just one use, the cooling lines and and water jackets were completely cleaned out. The water flow was increased and the engine now runs cooler. Very happy with the result

Really works
I don’t know how it performs compared to other brands but 2 of our 3 AC units on our boat we’re getting High Pressure errors and shutting off after running for a while. We flushed everything thoroughly according to directions and voila! Problem fixed in both units.

It works as advertized.
I had an Evenrude 70 hp outboard overheating. Took off the lower unit and dropped an old bilge pump in the bottom of a 5 gal. bucket. Poured in the gallon and ran it statically thru the motor for about a half an hour. The scum in the bottom of the bucket told me that this stuff removed the clogged port. And it did. Motor runs cold to normal even at full throttle. I will be buying it again for sure!

works great for rust use evaparust coolant/barnacle buster amazing results in boat cooling system.
It does work! It helps to remove barnacle and corrosion build up. But if you have thick rust layer in cooling system I suggest to use evaparust coolant rust remover and let it set in cooling system. Once rust is mostly removed then use baranacle buster to flush system and you will be shocked of all the rust corrosion and barnacles to flush out the system. I will be using it once a year on boat. Just using baranacle buster I brought the boy motor temp down 12-15degrees helps with making system flow.

Ineffective at cleaning out algae deposits.
I flushed out three AC systems using barnacle buster concentrate and dilution of one to 3. I can't really speak to how well a descaled the inside of the ac unit, since I really can't see in there without disassembling. Not disassembling is kind of the point. I can say that it did not clear out algae deposits inside the strainers,

It did ok, but can not handle the tough stuff.

Ecologically Friendly
I’ve been using this for years to keep the engine’s cooling system on my boat clean of salt and calcium scale. I strongly recommend using this to keep your engines running at their best.
