My Cat LOVES her window perch and lays on it I'd say 3/4th of the day,so safe to say she approves,she has chewed the heck out of the wires that hold it up,pretty strong so hasnt chewed through surprisingly,I wrapped in electrical tape to add extra protection,but the product holds well and hasnt fallen even once,suction cups are strong,I highly recommended for indoor cats that's like to watch the birds and natural outside

Bought this because my dumb dog chewed a wire and a suction cup on the cat’s first window perch. Shipping was prompt and I used the free option. I ordered on Saturday and received by Tuesday even with Monday being a Monday. The window perch was easy to assemble and feels sturdy. So far working great and my cat loves it already!

One of my white suction cups are broken and does Not stay. I cannot screw the putter part on without it wiggling like the plastic is stripped or its ridges.

There were more steps involved in assembling this product than my previous window perch but I was able to get it up without any issues and it is sturdy. I am giving this product 2-3 stars because the suction cups do not hold. We have had this product since January 2020 and the suction cups have failed multiple times. I have cleaned the window and suction cups several times and it still won't hold. I will be looking for an alternate window perch.

This window perch is really great and our 15 lb cat just great! I still haven't gotten my cat to sit on it for any length of time, but bought one of those window bird feeders to put near it, so hopefully she'll start using it.

The plastic clips broke within 2 months and the additional ones they sent in the order also broke after another 2 months. The suction cup just popped off as well-after 4 months of use. This is junk unfortunately.

I've had this up for 4 days now and my cat has already accumulated about 70 hours of time on it.We got this model because it swivels up so that we can close our blinds. And that part does work, quite easily. The problem is my cat gets upset when we fold his perch up. I barely have time to unfold it before he's already jumped back on.He comes down to eat, play with his toys, and when the hoomans go to bed and cruelly remove his perch. Aside from that, we can expect to find him sprawled out on his throne.I put it up at elbow level, which is a reasonable jump for him, but also makes it perfect for giving him the scratches. He loves to lay down on his perch and try to wrestle my arm. He also loves to look out the window, get some sunlight, sleep, groom himself, and watch over the room from somewhere the dog can't bother him. And he's obsessed with chewing on the wires, which worried me at first until he got through the coating and I realized it's a steel cable in there.I cannot overstate how much my cat loves this product.But I'm taking 1 star off for the assembly. Instructions were poorly written and confusing. It's not that hard to put together, it just seems like it. Now one of the suction cups keeps falling off. The cap won't screw in properly and so the wire pulls it at an angle, making it easy for my cat to jump on and have it pop off. I might have screwed it too tightly and broken it (the instructions do say not too tightly), but if so that's pretty shoddy construction.To their credit, the other side's suction cup has held like a champ. It's pretty impressive how well it can hold my cat's body weight by itself using physics. So when the right suction cup falls off, now my cat just sits there on the left-leaning hammock, and waits for a servant to come put the cup back on.

My cats love this window perch!! I bought two and as soon as I got them up, two of my cats were on them immediately. I always find them relaxing on these perches during the day. The suction holds well -- as long as you follow the directions included, you will be fine. Nice soft, but sturdy perch.
