You can use 902 (light brown). That's what is specified on the package, and I know the light in our dark room is an amber color.

is this paper semi matte?

Yes, it is almost completely matte

Would this paper work well for Pinhole Cameras?

I'm a novice but I've used this in pinhole cameras with fairly good results. I'm pretty sure it's not the paper it was just me.
