Good Introduction To The Topic Of Quality Manangement
This is an good guide to the topic of Quality Management. It is well written and contains a plethora of basic information. It is a good starter for someone who wants to become acquainted with the subject, but more detailed books would be required to initiate, create, and maintain a quality environment. The book was in great condition and arrived on time.
