Blocking boards
The blocking boards arrived early. The package wasn’t packed very well. Thankfully they were all okay. Used them to pin out some knitted place mats and coasters which have turned out excellently. Apart from the packaging they are very good.

Wrong depth information provided
Details stated tiles were 5.1 cm in depth but they are actually just under 1 cm You need to correct your product information!!!

The product was dirty inside
I was really looking forward to receiving my package as I have just knitted my first sweater. What I liked about the product is that it the blocking tiles were exactly as described. The squares are lightweight and lock together easily. There were true to size. However, when I opened the package the back of the tiles were dirty and tracing marks. There were some indentations on both sides, too. I cleaned them with soap, which needed repeated action with a stronger detergent. I kept the tiles because I managed to wipe off most of the marks. Not sure though if I'd trust to buy them again.

Very disappointed
The product is what I required but the strong chemical smell penetrates into the wool which I am trying to block into shape.
