Hello Stacey , I apologize but I am not a customer service representative and have no ability to rectify any service issues. I will however state my opinion based on my own personal experience. I bought this product for myself and it was not damaged . Out of the four (red, blue, orange and gold) cigar replica shaped tubes of cologne, the gold and red labeled ones are my favorite - especially the gold. The price cannot be beat for all four at $11.25 n which I paid. I suggest making your decision on the reviews; the amount of top rated reviews versus the lower rated reviews. Yes, you would have to pay every month you get it if you choose Subscribe and Save You could also choose to buy once instead putting it on subscription. I didn't even know they offered it as a Subscibe and Save item. Subscribe and Save can also be set up to be recieved as seldom as every six months.
